When it comes to fitness, I truly believe you should do what you enjoy! Find activities that make you happy & motivate you to challenge yourself.


Whether it’s yoga, walking, cross training, running, dancing, swimming, hiking, or weight lifting, moving is so important for the mind the body! Find what you love to do & enjoy the process. Don’t compare yourself to others or do something just because others are doing it. Be true to yourself & your passions.


A highlight in my life was while I was student teaching, I incorporated Fitness into my PE classes. My students worked hard on their “Zumba” dances & we decided to film them to show off their hard work!!

  14. You’re right Kasey. Fitness is all about doing activities that you truly enjoy. Some prefer Yoga as their everyday activity whereas some choose dancing and running. No matter what activity you prefer, it’s all about ‘doing what you love’. By the way, I just checked some of your zumba videos. I see that you’ve filmed them in your classes. Would be great if you give step-by-step instructions so that beginners like me can follow them. Thanks 🙂

    We should not bound ourself in rule rather enjoy our life according to our wishes. From your given list I only tried few exercise with dumbly, whatever it a useful checklist you provided.
