I had a great time Training my high schools Lacrosse team last night! I did a “Fueling Your Athletic Performance” presentation followed by a Circuit Training Team Building Conditioning Session. So fun! I posted this image to Instagram last night that showed us stretching for our cool down & then a group shot at the end!

We’re challenging you to a February POWER PLATES CHALLENGE! My friends from IDEA Fit’s @CHALLENGELOOP and I are teaming up for a new challenge! And guess who’s joining us?

We met while at the Macy’s NYC Under Armour Event & got in contact right away. We thought it would be so fun to come up with fun moves with something we all have at home stuffed away in the pantry – PAPER PLATES!
Check her out! ;] I’m super pumped for us to team up to bring this to you guys for February! Here is the OFFICIAL Calendar for the challenge & if you aren’t sure of what the move is – don’t you worry!!
Here’s how you can join in:
- JOIN by going to the website [here] and/or download & sign into the CHALLENGE LOOP APP!
- The challenge will run from Feb. 1st-Feb. 28th, 2014!
- All you have to do is follow the calendar of exercises for each day.
Yenory & I will take turns posting a video of the move each day by NOON! You can complete the move any time and post your image or video to the Challenge Loop feed as your entry.
- YOU MUST post on the page at least 8 times for a chance to win!
- The official challenge hashtag is #PowerPlatesChallenge

I love challenging my clients to using paper plates! There are so many things you can do to really target the FULL BODY with these moves!

They created the #FFBURPEE 1,000 Burpee Challenge— to help keep us accountable to get moving!
Together with our friends at Under Armour, they’ve whipped up a sweet prize package for one lucky guy and gal. The goal is to complete 1,000 burpees by February 28th. In order to enter, all you have to do is use the hashtag on Instagram or Twitter!
