Good morning all & HAPPY FRIDAY!
This morning was full of multi-tasking – per usual.
Workout was done by 9am then I got right to refueling the body with some breakfast!….
While I also chopped & prepped brussels for dinner…
uploaded a YouTube video, & prepared this powermeal for breakfast…

Sami’s Bakery Millet & Flax bread toasted topped with Asmar’s Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (found at whole foods), Roasted Butternut Squash, & topped with Dippy Eggs with Old Bay & Dill. (THE BEST egg seasonings, I swear!)
Today I will be sharing day SEVEN of our Power Plates Challenge as well as Feature Friday! I’m super excited to introduce you to my friend Samantha who I met a few weeks ago a local event.
She just started her own business & now has a Groupon that if you’re from the area you should totally check it out!
Samantha Mendelowitz is the owner of Nourish Nutrition and Health. Samantha is a Registered Dietitian who has a passion for healthy eating, cooking, fitness, and most importantly meeting and interacting with people. Becoming a dietitian and specializing in nutrition consulting was the way in which she could combine all of these passions.
The philosophy and goal at Nourish Nutrition and Health is to provide nutrition education to those individuals seeking weight loss and weight maintenance by incorporating wholesome foods into a well balanced diet and lifestyle. Nourish Nutrition and Health also emphasizes local food systems and promotes local farms.
In addition to one on one consultations Samantha does group speaking events for local business’s looking motivate their employees to lead healthier lifestyles. Also, let’s not forget about the Supermarket Tours!
