Gingerbread POWEROATS

For the Oats:
I used a Celestial Gingerbread Tea Bag
& heated it in the microwave with 2 cups of water!
Then added the tea to:
1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats
2 Tablespoons of CHIA SEEDS
*Microwaved for 2-3 minutes
& stirred in 1 TB Coconut Oil!
(this literally tastes like a Gingerbread Cookie!)

For the PUMPKIN BUTTER!

1/2 cup of Pure Pumpkin
1/4 Cup of Unsweet Coconut Milk
(Any liquid will do)
Splash of Vanilla
Spices: ginger, cinnamon, cloves
Few Drops of Stevia
1/2 tsp corn starch – optional! but makes it thicker.
You could also use 1TB Chia seeds or Flax!!
 

 *Just mix the ingredients & DONE!
No Sugar & SOO healthy!! ;]

*Then I layered the 

GINGERBREAD POWEROATS
with some Protein Frosting
& Pumpkin Butter!!
