PB BANANA & STRAWBERRY CHIA OATS

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you had a great week. I finally got a chance to sleep in & my body was thanking me for sure! Today I have a really cool opportunity happening and I cannot wait to share it with you! It’s going to be an epic Mirrorless Monday post coming up soon.
Even though this week was a busy one with summer camp, I still made the effort to make sure I fueled up every morning before heading out the door. Breakfast is such an important way to start your day! My favorite way to make a simple breakfast is to make overnight chia oats & then add toppings in the morning. The best feeling is opening up the fridge in the morning & breakfast is there waiting for you!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
2 TB Chia Seeds
1 cup of liquid (milk or water)
1 Banana
Handful of Strawberries
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Splash of liquid stevia
Splash of vanilla extract
A serving of Peanut Fluff
Directions:
-Combine oats, chia, liquid, cinnamon, stevia, & vanilla into a bowl.
-You can either microwave for 2 minutes or leave raw.
-Once everything is combined, store in the refrigerator over night & let the chia seeds do their thing!
The chia & oats will absorb the liquid and take on the shape of the container that it’s in.
In the morning, I just gently removed the chia oat (blob) from the bowl & topped it with peanut fluff & a side of fruit.
