Power Combos & Purple Cabbage Slaw!

hi all! Hope you’re enjoying your week! Lately I’ve been putting together some combos that I thought I could share! First; Banana Chips Added to my Cocoa Lean & Green Powercakes! not a scary ghost face, I promise. (just added in 1 TB cocoa powder to the mix) Then placed a few unsweeteend banana chips from Whole Foods onto the powercakes before flipping them! YUM! MIRRORLESSMONDAY–My first 5k!

hi all! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! First off, ya'll know I'm obsessed with INSTAGRAM & @InstagramFitness featured me and I was so excited! check it out here ! Today is MIRRORLESSMONDAY And today I’m proud of that fact that I ran my first 5k yesterday morning without training or being a big “runner”.
