HEY ALL! I am letting you know ahead of time that this post may involve A LOT of inspiration so if you’re looking for some motivation you’ve come to the right place!!

Last week I challenged YOU to share with me your favorite POWER MOVE! You know that move you do that just totally makes you feel so strong & healthy? We all have a lot of them I’m sure & I was blown away with your entries!

My friends at Under Armour partnered up with me on this challenge to make it a giveaway as well with their Cold Gear Cozy Zip up & Perfect Headband! Two items I rock often & at the Turkey Trot the half zip totally helped me stay warm when it was 18 degrees out!

When the entries started coming in with your favorite POWER MOVES I was so excited to see so much inspiration & time put into your comments & videos! Before I get to all of your awesome comments – I wanted to announce the randomly chosen winner for the Giveaway is KAYLA of @Fuel_For_Thought! CONGRATS love!

You can find the link to her video here with her POWER PUSH UP video! Here is her description of her POWER PUSH-UP MOVE;

YOU ALL totally made my day every day whenever I would see new comments added with your POWER MOVES and although you can see the comments here on the post; I still wanted to highlight a bunch today on the blog! SO much inspiration in one place & a great way to add more exercises into your weekly fitness routines!

Congrats to all of you & thank you so much for entering! Next week will be a new POWER MOVE from me so keep an eye or two out!

Happy Monday!

be true to you,

xo Kasey

If you were’nt able to enter – what is your favorite power move? Have you done any of these before?
