New Workout Video! Ropes, Push Press, & TRX Plank Power Circuit.

Hey all! Ready to kick off this week with a new Monday Power Moves workout? If you’ve missed any of the other weeks, click this link to take you to the recaps!
The other day I was playing on the jungle gym & decided to put together this Power Circuit at the end of my workout for great way to finish. Let’s change our I can’t into #IWILL for the New Year!
Below you’ll see the a Rope, Push Press, & TRX Core workout –
Do each movement for 30 seconds for 3 Rounds! Great way to end a lift session in the gym with this cardio power blast.
- Ropes can be done any way.
- Push press could be with a barbell or with this straight bar with added weight.
*I pushed up alternating sides.
*Cradling each push and movement with a bend in the knee. - TRX Plank – keep feet still and body in a straight tight line.
*Lean out letting your shoulders do the movement.
*Keep your hips in a straight line.
*Squeeze your glutes, legs, core, & arms for a tight controlled movement.
*Reverse back to standing by circling the TRX outwards back to standing.**The more of an angle you are, the more challenging the movement is.
