Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you had a good start to your week. After a productive start to my day yesterday, Corey & I hit the gym for an awesome shoulder workout that involved push press, lateral raises, shoulder press with dumbbells, one arm press, rear pulls, & shoulder taps for dayyyssss!
At the end of the workout, I did 4 rounds of:
30 Rope Slams
40 Shoulder Taps
15 Assisted Dips (on the assisted machine)
Started the workout with a 600m Row! I love rowing for a good full body warm up.
Finished the workout with some foam rolling – my favorite. #hurtSOgood & sometimes I like to match my new Storm UA Shoes to my foam roller
Afterwards we REFUELED with my favorite food – Aladdin's!! We got raw veg, baba, tuna steak salad, & a mug of raw Natural Energy juice made with carrots, apple, celery, parsley, & spinach! Cheers to a great start to the week!
