I took my original recipe for my
CHIA JAM FILLED POWER MUFFINS
& turned them into
BLUEBERRY LEMON POWER SQUARES
& nowwww I turned them into
Cherry Chocolate Chip POWER SQUARES!
Thanks to my inspiration from my
GNC ALL NATURAL WHEY PROTEIN POWDER!

CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP POWER SQUARES

3/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup of GNC ALL NATURAL WHEY PROTEIN POWDER
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Unsweet Applesauce
1 Cup Unsweet Almond/Coconut Milk blend
(any milk of choice)
3 Egg Whites
2 Whole Eggs
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
20ish Drops of Liquid Stevia
(you can add 1/2 cup dry sweetener
or 3 TB of sweetener of choice or a mashed banana)
1 Cup of Chopped Fresh Cherries
1/2 cup of Cocoa Nibs
(which I bought
here)

don’t forget you can use my coupon code
XUG228 for $5 off your first order
or $10 off your order of $40! Winking smile

*Mix all ingredients and put into an 8x8 baking dish;
bake for 25-30ish minutes at 350 degrees**

**notice the ish – I found that baking with whey protein made the cooking time faster,
therefore check it at 25 and judge from there! Winking smile

These would be great POST WORKOUT!
or any time of the day, duh.

Also, don’t forget to STORE IN THE FRIDGE.
I learned this the hard way;
totally went to take a bite out of one like 3 days later
and almost threw up because the recipe will go bad if you leave them out
in room temp for a long period of time!
#whoops! Smile with tongue out

amount of work? I am brand new to operating a blog
but I do write in my diary everyday. I’d like to start a blog so I will be able to share my personal experience and views online. Please let me know if you have any kind of ideas or tips for new aspiring blog owners. Thankyou!
