Hello friends! Happy Tuesday!


This is my WOO I’VE BEEN UP SINCE 5AM FACE! Which is fine by me because my girl Lauren came over & crushed her workout followed by two of my favorites to train, Jeff & Dena! All before 8am? Sure thing! And I even got to see my “niece” finely rae by stopping over my brother’s place.


Not just saying this cause she’s my niece and all – but she is too dang cute! Anywho – today I’m putting out a CALL TO ACTION from YOU! :] I am currently in the middle of switching a lot of things up over here in Powercakes land. I’ve got a fun project I’ve been working on for months now as well as some website changes we are going to make. BUT one of the most important things I want to know from you is “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE MORE OF?!”

    I would love to see both nutrition/recipes and training videos. I’m setting myself a goal to learn how to plan and eat good, healthy meals and training videos will help me when I workout on my own, which I’m going to have to do more of sooner rather than later.

    I personally would like more lifting and workout videos. I’m really trying to get into lifting and different moves during my off season to keep my fitness up and body guessing. However, I have a huge fear of doing something wrong an hurting myself. As a visual learner, I find myself often youtubing how to do different exercises, but who am I to determine if that person is doing it right? I know and trust you to give me (us) the correct and safe way to do different things as well as variations.
