HI ALL!
So yesterday’s topic was
POWERDINNERS
& I have to say the past 2 nights
I’ve had pretty decent #POWERMEALS
*Flank steak, roasted Brussels,
(MY NEW ADDICTION, I WILL POST THIS RECIPE SOON!)
& some grilled sweet potatoes!

Tonight I had an awesome LEG WORKOUT
with my #FitFluential boyfriend
& my hammies totally came out to play.
Afterwards I had my POWERFUSION shake!

Post LEG SESH we had an awesome #POWERDINNER
Salmon, asparagus sprinkled with romano cheese,
& roasted cauliflower!
Always trying to REFUEL!
Speaking of refueling, a great way to do that during the
day is to have a #POWERSNACK!
POWERSNACKS: a snack or small meal
loaded with nutrients to POWER me through my day;
usually a mix of proteins, carbs, & healthy fats!
