hi all!
hope you’re having a great week!
I know mine is super busy,
I’ve been working a sports camp that I work every summer
with about 200 kids! We play sports all day, so I can’t complain
but I’m definitely still keeping up with my workouts & clean eats!
Just like a showed in yesterday’s post.
I’ve got a bunch of workouts to share with you all
& I promise I will soon!
A clean treat to me is a clean recipe that tastes
like a treat but is actually healthy for you!
which basically sums up a POWERCAKE
so I’d like to introduce a MAMACAKES creation:
PB & Chocolate
GRANOLA POWERCAKE
This is one of those recipes that looks unhealthy
& almost tastes naughty but is SO healthy!
Thanks to the creator MAMACAKES
for coming up with a variety of
“GRANOLA POWERCAKES”
that I will definitely be sharing!
Ingredients
3/4 cup of Granola
(we used “Ancient Grains” Pumpkin Flax Granola from Coscto)
2 TB of Coconut Flour
1 TB of Ground Flax
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of sea salt
1 Scoop of Protein Powder
1 Mashed Banana
2 heaping TB peanut butter or almond butter
2 TB Cocoa Powder
1 TB Coconut Oil
2 Egg Whites
1/4 cup Almond Milk
(or milk of choice)
*mix all ingredients together
(if too dry, add more almond milk to the batter)
pour into greased 8 by 8 pan
and bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes
or until tooth pick comes out clean
MAMACAKES served it up with some plain Greek Yogurt
& some raspberries!!
