hey all! it’s our last day here in Colorado!
Seriously I’ve had the most amazing time here.
My life has truly been changed & I can’t wait
to take this next step in my journey & I hope you’ll
all hang on for the ride with me
So today is also MIRRORLESS MONDAY
& today I’m proud of all of my #FitFluential friends
that I’ve made this weekend!
These women & men were so inspirational.
It’s amazing to see how hard we all work for what we do;
We all have a common passion for being influential to others!

& you know you’re meant to be friends with!
*Mamacakes – my partner in crime this whole weekend!

On our last day of the Conference,
we started with a breakfast buffet of
Better Whey Of Life Greek yogurt,
LOVEGROWN Granola,
& Driscoll’s berries!!
*drizzled with some Pure Canadian Maple Syrup!
Then we attended some lectures with AMAZING information.
Did you know….
I wasn’t surprised!
We discussed the benefits of Social Media thanks to Ted Vickey!
He is such a knowledgeable person.
And…
*How COOL is that!?!
Talk about being influential to others!
Go us!
We also met Antishay – who has an amazing story
& I will talk more about her on another post!
During the presentation;
I snacked on a POWER EGG BOWL with some berries!
After an amazing day, we spent the rest of the night at a local park
after grabbing some whole foods to eat on our GOODNESS KNOWS yoga mat
while relaxing to jazz music!
* I had salmon with roasted veggies while
talking with some of these amazing girls!
What an amazing experience!!
This morning I headed down to the hotel fitness center
fueled up with some NRG MATRIX all natural drink mix
& did 2 miles on the treadmill!
Afterwards, I met mamacakes for some breakfast
where I had a pre-made POWER EGG BOWL with some coffee
(with my own stevia packet – do you bring stevia in your purse!?)
& a bowl of oats with walnuts, cinnamon, berries, & maple syrup!!
YUM, I love refueling!!
it was also my JUNE POWERMEAL A DAY –
“Meatless Meal”
I have to say, after this whole weekend,
this is the main lesson I’ve learned;
