hi all! I hope you had a great weekend!
Today my girl Jen has an interview close by so she is stopping over to do a workout! This is perfect timing because I just received my lightning Muscle Ropes from the sponsored campaign I’m working on with FitFluential. Woo!
I was testing out some new moves last night in my driveway so I can put together a workout to share with you guys! Don’t let this snake looking rope deceive you – it gets your heart rate up in NO TIME! Holy goodness.
After using this & doing some back/bicep work similar to this workout – I was ready to EAT. Speaking of food, let’s showcase some #POWERBOWLS shall we?

Not only did @jillconyers make some buckwheat waffles, but so did @gingersd!
We all know that I’ve been on a Waffle Kick lately with my $1 waffle maker. The other day a friend of ours gave us a bunch of pears so I cooked down some of them with some black cherries, cinnamon, splash of almond milk, & splash of vanilla extract until tender on medium heat to create this delish breakfast.
My Buckwheat Waffle Recipe layered with a hard coconut shell layer [take a serving of coconut butter, warm it up however you’d like (if microwave- not longer than like 20 seconds or it will burn), put onto the waffles, & then pop into the freezer until it hardens.]
This is the coconut butter I love!
Coconut butter is loaded with healthy fats & fiber!
This is my go to buckwheat flour –
loaded with carbs (FUEL!), protein, & fiber.
You can find both of these on iherb.com coupon code XUG228 for first time users.
What is your favorite waffle topping?
