hi all! Winking smile

Hope you’re enjoying your week!
If you missed my post about how I broke the myth on “eating after 7pm”
check it out here!

I wanted to share with you a back work out that I did the other day!
Lately, I’ve been doing TABATA intervals similar to BODYROCK.TV
& combining them with weight lifting.

For example, for 1 round I will do Burpees
& then the next round I will do a weight lifting exercise.

I usually write up about 6 different exercises to complete within my circuit.

Each exercise is 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
& I do about 40 rounds total!
(= 20 minutes)

For back the other day I did
Burpees
Lat Pull Down
Mountain Climbers
Burpee into a dead lift
(I’ll have to video this one,
it’s probably my new favorite movement!!)
Low pulse air squats
TRX Rows
(to target upper back)

for all exercises I do as many reps as possible in 20 seconds
& then with weights, I use a moderate weight.

So basically I utilize body weight, weight lifting, cardio, & TRX.

talk about switching things up!

*I always love the bottom of the celery
because it looks like a flower Winking smile

I enjoyed this Tuna Salad two ways:
1) Mixed up in a bowl with some roasted veggies!

2) spread onto a NORI POWER ROLL
with avocado, and tomato!

Have you tried a POWER ROLL yet?
So happy I discovered how to use NORI in place of a wrap!Winking smile
