Happy Friday everyone!! Hope you had a great week. Today I’m headed to some networking meetings but before I go, I wanted to share with you my day FOUR recap from California…..AND my dinner from last night; per usual.
*Thai Food with the girls!
Pumpkin (KABOCHA) Curry with
Tofu & Veggies with a side of ginger tea.
Anyone else love Thai food? I literally just got turned onto it this past year & have been a huge fan ever since.
Now back to some Recaps so I can relive my Cali experience If you’ve missed any recaps of my Cali trip you can check them out here;
Day Four of the IDEA WORLD Convention started off with an awesome class using the Equalizers & The Buddy System from Lebert Fitness.
I was introduced to them through the daily hiit & then got to meet the creator at the convention. His name is Marc Lebert & he taught the class that morning. He has so much energy & so many great ideas to use the equipment. Oh & by the way – mamacakes & I purchased them! SO EXCITED to work with these, introduce them to my clients, & possibly get some fitness videos going to post on here.
After the class I headed to see Cassey from Blogilates
do a presentation on Social Media. Which she is a rock star so it was a perfect topic.
After the presentation, got to meet & take some pics with some lovely ladies!
Miss @KnockedUpFitness – which I think her blog name is hilarious & I love it!
Got to finally meet miss Krissy Cagney (@KMaeCags)
(which I feel like I’ve already known her).
Fact: She gives the best bear hugs ever.
Also got the meet the awesome Emily from @ChasingComets.
I definitely will be planning a trip to head back to get a workout in with that ladies.
HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JEN!
I am so pumped I got to meet the inspirational Jen
who came to the conference rockin’ her Under Armour shirt!
We got a chance to chat & she totally made my day.
Thank you, Jen!!
Had to get back into the Expo to see my favorites Kymberly & Alexandra!
Always laughing with these two.
Lunch was an awesome grab & go salad from Starbucks.
Hearty Veggie & Brown Rice Bowl – SO GOOD!
With some extra veggies & hummus that we brought from our stash at the hotel.
Finished off the day with a fun group meeting with the
other Inspired Advisors that could make it to the conference.
**Totally stole this next pic from Tiff but thought it was cute!
Apologies to Gina for the punch to the face Whoops!
Usually I would end this with a picture of my dinner but if I recall, by the time we got into the busy restaurant, sat down to eat, & waited for our food – I was ready to eat anything & everything around me. Therefore, once Gina met up with mamacakes & I, we ended up eating & having some awesome conversation. Therefore, eating & talking were my two main priorities at the time.
Got back to the hotel to rest up for the next day. Did I mention I slept like a baby every single night?
Not only were the pillows in our hotel (which I bring my own pillowcase because I’m a germ freak) the most comfortable things I’d ever slept on, but the bed itself was like a cloud. Anywho, day FOUR was jam packed as always & very fun! California day FIVE will be coming up next – keep an eye (or two) out!
Have you had Thai food before?
