Microwave Mini Chocolate Powercake

In a Microwave Safe Bowl mix together

4 Egg Whites
2 TB Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup of Pumpkin

Cinnamon & Stevia

*Microwave for 3-4 minutes

(if you don’t like chocolate, you could add whatever flavors you want!)

Once it’s cool I topped mine with

Sunflower Seed butter +
Cottage Cheese +
Raisins

Such a healthy alternative to Chocolate Cake!

Loaded with protein & topped with some healthy fats :]

So I tried this basic recipe but changed the cocoa to PB2 (defatted/dehydrated peanut butter) and the pumpkin to cooked squash (from frozen). It was AWESOME, if you like peanut butter you sould give it a try! I topped mine with “protein frosting.” So high in protein, warm & yummy!

I am really loving the theme/design of your website.
Do you ever run into any browser compatibility problems?
A small number of my blog visitors have complained about my website not operating
correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari.
Do you have any ideas to help fix this problem?

I just came across your website and am so excited to try out your Power Cake recipes! I unfortunately do not own a microwave. Would you recommend baking (if so how long) or cooking these on a stove?

Hi there! Yes, I suggest baking at 350 for about 25 minutes or so! :] Stove would be yummy too for a chocolate omelet! I can’t wait til you see what I’m launching early next year! I developed a product I think you will love!!

Despite the fact that it can be always a great idea to
save cash for emergencies, this is often tough
to accomplish at times, as you cannot find out at what time an unpredicted misfortune crops up.
While you’ll find many great payday loan companies, there are also many fakes. There’s no point rather than
enough time to take out a loan and you just can’t bring yourself to inquire about anyone to borrow cash.

Greetings, I think your blog could be having internet browser
compatibility problems. When I look at your web site
in Safari, it looks fine however, if opening in IE, it’s got some overlapping issues.

I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Apart from that, wonderful
    website!

    site.
