Power Plates Day FIVE [Inch Worm]

Hey all! Happy Wednesday!
Have you ever had a day where you completely gut out a room & feel 1000% better afterwards? Mamacakes & I had a goal to really clean out my room yesterday, I’m talking elementary art work all of the way to college notebooks, & I feel so much better! It’s like a whole new space.
In the middle of cleaning things out, we heard miss Abby Cat getting into the boxes in the hallway –
This may have been the look on her face whenever she saw how much stuff we were able to get rid of. I’m not even kidding guys- this picture is REAL and totally made me laugh! I can’t get over her face!!
After hours & hours of cleaning, it was time to refuel with dinner –
A Mediterranean take on a Powerbowl with greens, lentils, olives, beets, artichokes, & tuna steak. I also used some leftover Yogurt Tahini dressing from a restaurant earlier in the week.
Breakfast this morning –
Brown rice tortilla topped with avocado, raw honey, & a kale and garlic omelet. Side of coffee & I was in heaven.
So now that I’ve got you all hungry – are you ready to inch worm!?

Combining a few moves we’ve done – try out inch worms!
There are many ways you can do these – get creative!!
1) try and keep those legs straight & pull the lower body in.
2) keep the knees a little bent and pull the lower body in.
3) if you’re just starting out try one leg at a time!
We challenge you to try these today & let us know how it goes!
