hi all!
Now that I’m back from vaca;
I’m getting back into the swing of things!
And that means back into my normal workout routines!
Lately, I’ve been doing 3 days on-1 day off.
Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
LEGS
Back/Biceps
OFF
repeat!
My boyfriend Corey & I are on the same schedule,
which has been a huge help!
We don’t live that close so we send each other workouts
so we can stay on the same page
when we’re not able to work out together!
But the other day we were able to hit the gym
for an awesome chest/shoulder/tricep day!
If he’s not #PROOF of what an all natural
clean eating hard worker looks like;
then I don’t know what is!
He’s less than 60 days out from his first competition
& I think he’s on the right track!
Speaking of clean eating;
today is POWERMEAL-A-WEEK link up!!
It’s been a while since I’ve shared a POWERCAKE recipe
& thanks to GNC & FitFluential for sending me new amazing products;
I was inspired to create a POWERCAKE recipe with my new protein powder!
1 small cooked yam
(baked at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes)
3 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1 Scoop GNC WHEY Protein Powder
1 Handful of Spinach
1/4 cup unsweet coconut milk
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Liquid Stevia Drops (to taste)
1 TB Flax Meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
*Blend all ingredients in blender;
pour onto heated coconut oil in a medium-heat pan
cook both sides evenly !
Topped these with some greek yogurt, hemp hearts, & pumpkin seeds!
They were soo filling but sooo good!
Hope you’ll try these out & don’t forget to link up your recipe for the week!
ENJOY!
