So, I’m combining 2 of the
POWERMEAL A DAY CHALLENGES!
First one…FRUIT.
Gosh, I love my fruit!
Two of my favorites are
APPLES & BERRIES!
I made a little parfait while in the hotel room
with some groceries!
I layered some greek yogurt, cottage cheese, warm apples
(apples in the microwave for 2 minutes with some cinnamon)
& some health chocolate sauce!
because who doesn’t buy cocoa powder at the store
while they travel?
#notashamed
& while at the conference,
I also had some Driscoll berries with some
Better Whey of Life Greek yogurt & some pure maple syrup!
totally channeling my inner buddy the Elf,
because I LOVE me some PURE maple syrup!
Now for today’s topic..
VEGGIE
We all know I love to roast veggies on a Sunday
and they last me for a few days!
but today I wanted to feature my
#FitFluential boyfriend who had dinner waiting for me
when I got to his house tonight!
Baked chicken, yam, & sautéed veggies!
(With a cute little glass of wine)
he’s learning the POWERCAKES #powermeal ways
The veggies were so simple,
he chopped up some rainbow veggies and added them to a pan with
Olive oil, sea salt, pepper, & a little red pepper flakes!
Cooked for like 15 minutes until soft & browned!
I’m not a big spicy girl, but it wasn’t too much!
I was spoiled, fact.
What are your favorite fruits & veggies?
