Happy Friday friends!!

Headed to have a few clients this morning and then spending the day with some of my soccer athletes who have chosen to “Job Shadow” me for the day! How cute?!

I plan to teach them how to become a trainer, what you need to know for testing, how to put together a training program, how to make a pinterest image of a workout, have them create their own, and of course…make a protein packed recipe to end the day! ;]

It’s been a good while since I’ve done a Friday Favorites post and danggg do I have a ton of them saved up on my phone!

I love finding new foodie items in the grocery store! I love some high protein dip and Chobani just came out with these. They had Roasted Red Pepper & Parmesan & Garlic. I instantly bought some raw carrots to snack on the ride home from the store ;]
