hello my friends & happy Tuesday! Hope you’re week is off to an awesome start!

I just got back from a weekend trip at home with Corey & let me tell you — it was so needed! Obviously we’re huge family people and having a weekend full of so much love is always a good idea.

And when you get to see and spend time with your 3 month old nephew? Life is good.

It’s about a 10 hour drive total for us from Rhode Island but we do a good job breaking up the driving responsibility to make it a bit easier on both of us.

I just got a huge shipment from my friends at Enlightened which also made the drive that much more exciting. I definitely brought of a full pint of their Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream – GUYS! IT IS SO GOOD. I will do a big review on them but oh my gosh…these pints are KILLER and full of FLAVOR! Yay all-natural ice cream! ;]

A few favorites from this weekend?…I have mentioned my nephew yet? Ok seriously I could be biased because we’re related but THAT SMILE!

I just can’t…he truly brings so much happiness into mine and my whole family’s lives. I was pumped because I got to babysit him the day I got home. We did a lot of playing on the floor…

And then we did some napping…with the pup Finley.

He loves his little binki/stuffed animal..it’s so cute how he cuddles with it! After napping we also got to visit my great Aunt Rita (Chase’s great-great aunt!).
Look at those smiles…side note: I’m 1 of 38 great nieces and nephews to Aunt Rita. She is 92 years old and full of so much love — she literally could pass for such a younger age!

I think the amount of kisses given this weekend were upwards of 1,000+?

I think it’s so important to take advantage of as much quality time with your loved ones as possible.

Chase also got to meet Uncle Corey! And his mom bought Chase the more adorable little bear socks.

Speaking of close ups…I bet my mom is going to love that I posted this ;] but we were having a little too much fun with the Snapchat filters.

Had to get my coffee along the way — love an almond milk latte or a regular latte any chance I get!
