Hi all!
So today Iβm sharing a VLOG
about my decision on eating less meat protein
& trying to incorporate more raw foods & plant based proteins into my diet!
Iβve also reduced my coffee consumption;
CRAZY I KNOW!
I love my coff;
but I realized I was over-doing it
so I cut that down to 1 to 2 days a week!
I feel great!
