“Cheesy” Garlic Kale

POWERMEAL A WEEK ROUND 2

1 Bunch of Kale

(De-stemmed)
Heated with Olive Oil spray
on medium-low heat for a few minutes

3 TB Tahini
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 TB Raw Honey
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

YUM!! Perfect clean side-dish! Winking smile
