-Start in first position with hips/butt off the ground.
-Swing your hips up to a flat table top position.
Then swing them back down to start without touching your butt to the ground!
This is great for your shoulders, core,
legs, arms, basically everything!

Hey! I know that, it’s a Bikrahm Yoga pose also known as Tibetan Table.
It really stretches the lower pelvis and emphasizes fast, anaerobic respiration.
Looks like a great move…I’ll be trying it!
