Creamsicle PowerOats

Oats= 1/3 Oat Bran (or rolled Oats)
2 TB of Chia Seeds
1.5 cups of water or milk of choice
*Cook in Microwave for 2 minutes
(I let mine sit over night to get really thick)

Protein Fluff:

1 scoop of Sunwarrior Protein Powder

 2 Clementines

1/2 cup of Kefir (or greek yogurt)

1/2 cup of Coconut Milk (or other liquid)
Tsp of Xanthan Gum (a natural thickener, totally optional!)

*Layered together for a creamsicle breakfast parfait! :]
