-It makes my oats so creamy!
Such a healthy addition to my breakfast :]
I made the oats with
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
2-3 TB Chia Seeds
1-1.5 cups Water
*Microwave for 3 minutesThen added in some more water & 1 TB coconut oil
To made a HUGE bowl of oats!
 I also made some Protein Frosting & some Blueberry Jam
– 1 Cup of Blueberries blended with 3 TB chia seeds until it thickens into Chia Jam! You can also add in a few drops of stevia or honey if you’re looking for some more sweetness!
*I layered it all up for a delicious breakfast parfait!

  4. Hi Claudia! You can actually just leave out the gum as its not a necessity but you could also use corn starch or coconut flour to thicken if you want! Also, I like my food cold (I’m weird haha) but you could easily eat warmed! 🙂

    I am a big fan of oats in a jar so eating this cold sounds yummy and would be a great make ahead meal 🙂

    hey girl! love the idea of protein powder frosting – what are the exact measurements you use? is there a specific order? sorry..ha.

      Thanks Caitlyn!! And NO worries at all!! I just add a scoop of protein into a bowl and then about 4-5 tablespoons of liquid until it gets thick – if it’s gets to runny just add in a little more protein powder until it’s just right! ;]
