The other day, I was craving cold cereal 
(even though I usually eat my oats cold anyway)
buttt I was craving crunchy..

So I mixed up a Protein Shake with:
1 cup water, 1 cup Unsweet Coconut Milk
Cinnamon, 1 scoop SUNWARRIOR Protein Powder
& some Xanthan Gum (to make it thicker)
*I used the SHAKE as my MILK in my
(BTW:a few ladies & myself have been hash-tagging
on twitter ;   If you eat a #powerbowl, totally share it with us on twitter!)
Then I broke up a few No Salt Added
Rice Cakes
& added some blueberries!
*Great ALTERNATIVE to cereal!
You can add so many things to this #powerbowl
-After the picture, I added some CHIA SEEDS!

  1. Love this idea with the rice cakes! I think it would be so good too to top the rice cakes with PB then break them up! PB in every bite= 1 happy camper! 🙂
