Beet Coleslaw
CHOPPED BEET COLESLAW
Ingredients:
1 bag of Broccoli Slaw
1/2 Bag of Cole Slaw Cabbage
1 Can of Sliced Beets (no sugar added)
or 2 small sliced RAW beets!
1/2 Chopped Red Onion

1/2 Chopped Red Onion
*Chop your BEETS & Red Onion
*Add All Veggies into a LARGE bowl
*Add All Veggies into a LARGE bowl
For the Dressing:
1 cup of Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
(sub 2-3 TB Tahini for vegan)
2 TB Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 TB Nutritional Yeast
(Optional!)
1 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Stevia
(I used about a Teaspoon; you can sub sugar here
depending on how sweet you’d like it)
Sea Salt & Pepper To Taste

3 TB Nutritional Yeast
(Optional!)

depending on how sweet you’d like it)
Sea Salt & Pepper To Taste
*Mix Dressing in with Slaw!
*Let sit for a few hours in the Fridge before serving!
The longer it sits, the better!!
