Today I’m pumped to bring to you a product I’ve been using over the last few months so I can give you a great review because I truly think this product can not only help my clients but all of my peeps! YOU! :]


Whenever I discovered Massage Track, I was instantly intrigued because personally I tend to have some neck & upper back stiffness (I personally think I hold a lot of my stress there) as well as being a huge fan of foam rolling & myofascial release.

If you’re into training or you just feel some knots every now and then — mobility & self-massage are SO KEY to recovery.


About Massage Track

The Massage Track™ tools were invented by Eric who is 45 and has a rare condition which causes tightness in the muscles and connective tissues. He created Massage Track for relief when he was really desperate and has used these deep tissue massage tools nearly every day since. (What your Physical Therapist might refer to as ‘self-myofascial release tools’).

The Massage Track tools are great for getting relief from generic aches and pains but are also being used successfully to treat repetitive strain injury, accelerate workout recovery for athletes, manage degenerative disc disease and slipped disc pain.

There are 3 different ways to use the products and I personally use ALL THREE ways daily.

The Body Track


If you get sore hands, wrists, ankles, feet, or back/shoulders, the Body Track will work magic on you! Small enough to fit in your gym bag or carry-on travel case, you’ll want to take it with you.

I’ve been using this a TON for my upper back/scapula area where I tend to hold a ton of tension and have a plethora of knots, for real.

The Neck Track


Do you carry tension in your neck or jaw? If you’ve got a pain in the neck, our Neck Track is great for releasing that tension and is easy-to-use.

I personally have used this on my neck & jaw and it truly relieves the tension.


The Massage Ball Set


Tennis, hockey and lacrosse balls are great but aren’t always perfect for trigger point release. So, Massage Track designed what they consider to be the perfect set of massage therapy balls.

I’m a huge fan of using these on my feet to hit tons of trigger points or also to take with my in my gym bag to use before & after training.
