Hey friends! Can you believe it’s already FOOTBALL SEASON!? Seriously, summer…why you gotta go so fast?
Just in case I wasn’t aware of it, my fiance sure makes it known that college football starts this Saturday. (as I type this, he is watching ESPN Sportscenter chat about the games this weekend).
For this football season, I partnered up with SILK who is running an awesome challenge called #MeatlessMondayNight where they are challenging everyone to make a meatless tailgate recipe, use the hashtag (#meatlessmondaynight) when you post it, & also going to their website for a chance to win giveaways!
For my recipe, I went the sweet & peanut butter route with fruit (since I’m convinced it’s not fall flavors just yet…and I’ve got tons of berries to use up!).
Peanut Butter Power Dip with Fruit
Recipe:
1 Cup Silk Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Peanut Butter Flour (Crazy Richards)
¼ Cup Silk Almond Milk (or liquid of choice)
½ Cup Sugarless Sugar (or stevia replacement)
Dash of sea salt
Directions:
- First make your “peanut flour butter” by stirring together 1 cup of peanut flour + ¼ cup Silk Almond Milk.
- Combine the Silk Yogurt with the Peanut Flour Butter, sea salt, & sugarless sugar.
- Eat right away or keep in the fridge until game time!
- Goes great with pretzels, graham crackers, fruit, or crackers!
YOU can use #MeatlessMondayNight to join in on the action and visit www.Silk.com/SidelineMeat for plant-based tips and recipes!
Thanks so much Silk & be true to you,
xo Kasey
