It’s been an awesome few weeks of strength & conditioning camp and I’m really enjoying working with the athletes!

Can you believe July is already here? I honestly feel like June came & went in a blink of an eye. My birthday is Friday (hellooo 2-6) and I obviously love me some 4th of July!

One year from my birthday, Corey & I will be getting married. I bet time will fly but we just got our engagement pictures back so get ready for a post dedicated to those ;]

July also means that IDEA BLOGFEST is coming up and I can’t wait to be a speaker on July 16th. You can check out the full schedule here.
