Happy (a bit delayed) Friday Favorites, friends! My friday was filled with some awesome clients & athletes so that is my #1 favorite.
Hit a track workout on Friday that looked like this:
- 3 x 200m repeats
- 1 x 800m interval run
- Partner Core Work
It’s so nice to be back with my girls & kicking this summer off STRONG!
2) Wantables
Wantable is a service that sends you fitness clothing, regular clothing, or make up once a month. First you choose a category and take a short style quiz (this helps them match you up with clothing that’s your style!), receive an assortment of handpicked items just for you, then keep what you love and you send back what you don’t. You are only charged for the items you keep.
You can pick the price categories that you want, colors, fit, & styles.
3) Sizzlefish
I’m pumped to say that I’m now on TEAM Sizzlefish! Sizzlefish is a fish delivery service who you can trust to provide pure untreated fish portions, with tools and tips for quick easy preparation, and honest information about the benefits you are receiving from Sizzlefish products.
Corey and I grilled up some Sablefish & shrimp for dinner the other night with the help from NOW butter coconut oil. So good!

4) COFFEE MUG HOLDER!! BEST GIFT EVERRR!
My (future) father-in-law totally surprised me at my bridal shower by making me this beautiful coffee mug holder!! I was sitting with Corey’s mom one night on Pinterest and showing her how I one day wanted to DIY this….Lord knows mine would not have turned out this way! I was blown away and so thankful. It fits perfectly on our wall and my slight obsession with coffee mugs is now a known fact.
5) Canyon Bakehouse
Lately I’ve been munching on these Canyon Bakehouse goods and I love them!
The company started when co-founder Christi Skow was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007 and the Canyon Bakehouse mission to make high-quality, great-tasting gluten-free breads began. Frustrated by gluten-free breads that lacked in taste and nutritional value, Christi, her husband, Josh, and their friend and Master Baker, Ed Miknevicius, set out to bake breads that were free from gluten and other allergens, but held the taste, texture and feeling of “real” bread.
I dont eat 100% gluten free but these are a great GF option. I got to try their multiple flavors like cinnamon raisin (favorite!!), Rye, 7-Grain, & tomorrow Corey and I plan to make hamburgers on their buns!

I’m off to enjoy the rest of this Saturday – I hope you guys have a great rest of your weekend!
Be true to you,
