Happy MARCH, my friends! I can’t believe it. I mean, January definitely felt like 8 weeks long, February was about 2 weeks long, and now here we are in March.
Fun fact: March is National Nutrition Month and y’all know I love finding new foodie finds to incorporate into our day to day eats.
My friends at Babbleboxx sent over this box of goodies that I can’t wait to share with you all because they all have awesome goals and are truly delish.
Action For Healthy Kids
You all know I have a passion for healthy kids being that my background is in Health & Physical Education. I spent years working with kids and finding creative ways to teach health and nutrition to them.
Through grant funding, programmatic support, online resources, and a parent ambassador network, Action for Healthy Kids makes an impact in schools and communities with the greatest need.
According to a national survey by AFHK, 76% of parents say they have improved their own habits based on something their child told them about health and well-being, which is why I think it’s so important to teach them at a young age how to fuel their bodies, finding balance, and taking an initiative in the kitchen with cooking and creating.
I remember teaching young students about nutrition and them coming back to school the next day telling me how they went to the store with their mom or dad and helped pick out groceries! One little lesson can help the whole family.
Even doing something as simple as letting them pick out a cute oven mit like this one above or baking pan could inspire them to try something new.
Commit to Take Action for Healthy Kids here by March 31, 2020 and be entered to win a healthy taste test kit to host a fun and tasty nutrition education activity for students at your child’s school. (valued at $175)

Beetology
Have you ever heard of the benefits of beets for athletic performance!? I recently just started understanding what they can do for us and how to utilize them with training.
Not everyone loves the earthy tones of beet juice but my friends at Beetology are helping by introducing their 100% all natural & organic cold pressed juice with no preservatives or additives and no artificial colors or flavors.
This versatile veggie is packed with vitamins and minerals associated with lowering blood pressure, fighting inflammation, increased stamina, detoxification support, boosting immunity, and much more.
Guys, this stuff tastes AMAZING with an exotic blend fresh beets, sweet pineapple and coconut juice , sun ripened mangoes finished with just a touch of lime. So so refreshing!

Snacks from GOODTO GO
Keto everything is on the rise right now and while I personally don’t follow any type of way of eating, I do love to add in more healthy fats to my day.
These GoodTo Go Keto-friendly Snack Bars have a cookie like texture, are non-GMO, packed with flavor, have just a hint of sugar (2 grams/bar) and a whopping 13 grams of healthy fats.
They come in all different flavors like Cocoa Coconut, Vanilla Almond, Raspberry Lemon, Cinnamon Pecan, Double Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Blueberry Cashew, & Raspberry Lemon.
I really didn’t know what to expect but the second I tasted them, I was like OH WOW! These are delicious. If you’re looking for something sweet, these will totally satisfy that sweet tooth.

Power Dressings from Healthy Choice
I’m not the type of person that can eat my salads dry.
I’m a huge fan of tasty dressings to bring the whole salad together and my friends at Healthy Choice are helping by creating tasty “Power Dressings” (y’all know I love a good POWER in the title of something) where they’ve swapped things like canola oil for vegetable puree to make it a veggie based dressing.
These dressings have no artificial flavors but come in the flavors of Creamy Ranch, Garden French, Creamy Italian, & Greener Goddess, you’re sure to find a dressing that fits your preference without sacrificing the taste!

SHIPT
Guys, I am jazzed about SHIPT! I just got on the train of having your groceries delivered…like, where have I been!?
Shipt is a membership-based grocery marketplace, enabling delivery of fresh foods and household essentials.
Through an easy-to-use app, friendly shoppers, and a commitment to exceptional service, Shipt simplifies lives and saves time for what matters most.
I personally made my order around 11am and set it to arrive between 2-3pm when I knew I would be home. I ordered through Target (which is a good 25min drive from me ) to have some essentials delivered like toilet paper, paper towels, and groceries that we needed mid-week.
The whole process was super user-friendly and my deliverer was so friendly, kind, and texted me updates while she was shopping about any swaps I might need and also provided an ETA for when she’d arrive.
You can get $50 off an annual Shipt membership using this link and it can be used at many local stores right around you! I will definitely be using this more often.

Dessert Hummus from Tribe Hummus
My dreams of come true y’all. Not only do I love hummus a ton already, but now with Dessert Hummus fro Tribe Hummus, I get to love it even more.
I’m a sucker for anything Sea Salt Caramel so when I saw my local grocery story carried this flavor as well as the Pea No-Nut Butter, I had to get them!
The Sea Salt Caramel is smooth and sweet without being TOO sweet and the Pea No-Nut Butter is a little more “dense” and actually resembles a nut butter you’d eat from the jar. Both SO good.
The other flavors include Dark Chocolate, Cake Batter, and Vanilla Bean, which I can’t wait to get my hands on.
All Tribe Dessert Hummus flavors have only 5g of sugar per serving and no artificial preservatives and are free from all major all allergens, Non-GMO Project verified, Vegan, Gluten Free, & kosher.
