  hi all! NEW RECIPE FOR YOU! I got creative the other day in the kitchen… #storyofmylife And came up with a sweet take on a savory meal! Banana Omelet 1 Medium Banana 4 Egg Whites 1 Whole Egg Cinnamon Vanilla Liquid Stevia *Blend all ingredients in my magic bullet. Put on a low-medium heat pan with coconut oil & cook until browned on each side! A few minutes on each. Today’s POWERMEAL A DAY CHALLENGE TOPIC IS PURPLE! And one of recent favorite purple foods is BEETS! Two different ways that I’ve been preparing them. ROASTED & FRIED! The size of a PowerCake

Hey all! So I've gotten some questions about the size of my powercakes And I thought I would explain my theory behind them! ;] A POWERCAKE is usually one of my meals. & I typically eat 5-6 meals a day. I try to make each meal balanced. So for example; if someone eats oatmeal, egg whites, & fruit with some type of healthy fat for a usual breakfast; I basically just combine all of those ingredients into ONE powercake!
