Spinach & Chickpea Turkey Burgers


2 lbs of Lean Turkey Breast

1 can of Chickpeas

2 Wedges of Laughing Cow Cheese

3 Egg Whites (to hold them together)

Sprinkle of Parm CheeseĀ 

2 Cups of Frozen Spinach

2 TB of Flax

Dijon Mustard

Onion Powder

Poultry Seasoning

Garlic

*Use your hands and combine all ingredients!

I baked these in the oven for about 35 minutes at 425 degrees!
