Power Pumpkin Butter

1/2 cup of Pure Pumpkin
1/4 Cup of Unsweet Coconut Milk
(Any liquid will do)
Splash of Vanilla
Spices: ginger, cinnamon, cloves
Few Drops of Stevia
2 TSP Xanthan Gum

(this makes it thick, but you can use corn starch
or just omit it all together; in that case, add less liquid!)

Or add 1-2 TB Chia Seeds or Flax! 

 *Just mix the ingredients & DONE!
No Sugar & SOO healthy!! ;]
