Anyone FALLing into the weekend?
I’ve got a lot of cleaning to do this weekend;
when I moved home from college, life didn’t slow down.
which is a good thing!
I really hit the ground running with starting my business
which as I always say, details are coming soon I promise!
But there are still a decent amount of suitcases that need unpacked!
I have a feeling I will be making a huge donation of clothes somewhere
along with a huge donation to the trash bin because there is some stuff I need to let go of!
bye, bye, elementary art work.
Anyway, does anyone else have trouble finding time to do things like that?
It’s one of those “oh, we’ll do it next weekend” kind of a thing.
But I’m pretty sure I’m on lockdown by mamacakes
if I don’t do something about it this weekend!
& since it’s my parents 32nd anniversary, I should probably listen

Here is a new recipe I literally mixed together in a bowl & then wrote down to share!
Take a few chunks of Kabocha
& mix it in a bowl with
Creamy Tahini & Nooch Sauce
Organic Raw Sauerkraut
Strips of dried Nori Sheets (sea weed)
1 tsp of Trader Joe’s Tomato Paste
Scoop onto a de-stemmed Collard Leaf that has been warmed
for 1 few seconds on each side in a medium heat pan.
I find it’s less bitter that way.
Kabocha is definitely my favorite squash!
