PB & J Chocolate PowerCakes
4 Egg Whites
1Cup of Unsweet Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 scoop of Sunwarrior Protein Powder
2 TB Ground Flax Seed
1/2 cup of Pumpkin
2 TB Dark Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp xanthan Gum
Cinnamon
Vanilla
2 tsp of Stevia
(you can replace this with any type of sweetener!)
(you can replace this with any type of sweetener!)
*Mix all ingredients &
pour onto a medium pan with some coconut oil
over medium heat on the stove!
Cook a few minutes on each side until done! :]
I then layered them with some
Peanut Fluff
(1/4 cup of Peanut Flour mixed with stevia & about 1/4 cup of water)
& of course, my Strawberry Chia Jam!
