Starting Monday I have challenged myself to eat plant based,
like my girl @theloveofkale, for the month of October; free of meat & dairy.
Are we asking you to go 100% vegan with us? NOPE!
Just trying to switch things up, see how creative you can be with plant based themes,
and focus on incorporating more plant based foods into your day!
So each day is a different theme – which means each theme picture you post
has to be plant based – which we posted an approved grocery list here for some ideas!
Because really, who couldn’t benefit from adding more fruits, veggies, and nutritious plant based foods?
Even #mamacakes & #papacakes have decided to eat #meatless meals everyday for dinner at our house!
So each day is a theme- just like #powermealaday challenge from JUNE!
