Workout from home with only dumbbells (I recommend having a pair of lighter weights, medium, & heavier), mini bands (love these bands!), & yourself.
All workouts are 30 minutes or less!
Commitment is 4 workouts a week, for 8 weeks. Workout on YOUR terms, whenever it fits YOUR schedule!

- paper plates (you’ll be surprised what these can do!)
