It’s that time again
Today I’m sharing a new combo
YamCakes & Yolks
I took my original YAMCAKES
& topped them with a dippy egg!
(1 egg cooked in coconut oil on low heat on the stove)
I used Coconut Nectar – love this stuff!

You can get it off of www.iherb.com with my coupon code XUG228
It’s raw & contains 17 amino acids, vitamins, & minerals
since it’s not heated so the nutrients aren’t erased!
It also was a great hit of sweetness on the savory yam cake!
So the REAL question is…
are you ready for the money shot??
awe yeahhhhh.
#yolkaddict
btw: EAT THE YOLK!!
I used to pitch the yolk in fear of “fat”-
now I EMBRACE the yumminess that is LOADED with nutrients!!
This was a perfect POWERMEAL!
Healthy fats, carbs, & protein!
#BOOM
