I figured I’d share what I ate on the day of my Competition!
So here is a video of me at 6am; I apologize for being half asleep!

Some eats from the day:
Egg whites with my “Clean Sweet Potato Pie” & raisins!
My “clean sweet potato Pie” with tilapia & veggies!
I was totally craving pickles all day; call me crazy, not pregnant!
So I had trail mix with protein powder frosting & my healthy chocolate sauce!
2 TB Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
2TB (may need more) Water
So that's my day of eats!
I know some people do eat lots of unhealthy things the day of a show
because truthfully for the body builders;
it does help fill out your muscles & get your veins bulging!
But my stomach personally couldn’t handle eating that way.
So I ate clean foods all day and then definitely enjoyed my amazinggg dinner
AND copious amounts of trail mix; all dayyyy longgg!
I admit; I'm addicted to clean foods & the way they nourish my body!
I really do CRAVE them.
For dinner it was a #POWERBOWL
of chicken, avocado, nooch, asparagus, artichokes, & spinach!
Today I felt well rested & ready to get a good work out in!
I warmed up with 3 sets of bench press;
then 16 rounds of TABATA intervals!
Switched between 20 seconds of work & 10 seconds rest with
Burpees, hand-release push-ups, double unders (jump roping), & mountain climbers!
followed by 3 sets of 25 hanging ab crunches!
Gotta love refueling with POWERFOODS!
