What’s up everyone!! Happy Thursday!

Today I’ve got a big ol’ wrap up of some recent favorites for you! A lot has been going on these past few weeks with work & getting ready for my big move but I’ve always got time for a favorites recap ;] <3

So let’s get to it —

1) My girl, Heather’s new Program – Dig Deeper, Fly Higher!

I really want to tell you about an amazing course that awesome bestie & spiritual activist Heather Waxman has created. I’ve watched her grow, work her butt off to help others, and work the ins-and-outs of this course in her own life (the ups, the down, the rosy days, and the ugly days) and she’s created a true masterpiece. You DEFINITELY don’t want to miss out on this!

It’s called Dig Deeper, Fly Higher. What an awesome title, huh?

It is a 12-week online course designed to help you master your fears, create a deep connection with your intuition, and radiate self-confidence. Yeah – that’s a tall order. But I know Heather, and she will absolutely deliver.

Throughout the course, you’ll dive into the 5 most common ways fear shows up in your life: comparison, anxiety, being a highly sensitive person (HSP), perfectionism, and resistance.

This information is invaluable and will help you feel more connected and confident in every area of your life – relationship to yourself; relationships with your partner, friends, and family; relationship to your career, etc.

And…I have awesome news! Heather just released a FREE training series that is so, so good. It really is like a mini course in and of itself. It teaches you:

  • The most important aspect of your spiritual growth (which will surprise you!)
  • How to get over not feeling good enough
  • How to tell the difference between the voice of fear vs. the voice of your intuition
  • How to get over your fear of making the “wrong choice”

2) My kids! Time is winding down now before my big move with Corey so my days are winding down with my tennis kids. The past year & a half has been such a great experience working with them & I will truly miss each and every one!

I did get a chance to watch them in a tournament this past weekend (they were finally playing local – woo!) and I was super proud.

Lunch with mamacakes at the local Marty’s Market – bibb lettuce (SO GOOD) with grilled chicken, avocado, and pickled onions with a side of iced coff.

Papacakes is the grillin’ machine and something I’ll definitely miss when I move. Grass-fed burgers with Trader Joe’s Munster cheese, sauteed green beans, & TOTS!

Speaking of Trader Joe’s, have you tried the pretzel bagels yet?! OMG so good, guys! Topped with their organic whipped cream cheese and coffee makes for great pre-training fuel.

4) Yoga…it’s been a while.

I got to see my girl, Jen, last week and we met up for an awesome yoga class. Even though I truly take the time to stretch & do mobility daily, a good yoga class is always needed.

Hydrated with some VEGA team to #fuelyourbetter. You can also find a whole lot of information on VEGA’s new Fuel Your Better plan like running playlists, fueling ideas, & more by signing up here!

5) oh, Aunt Rita, how I love you.

Gotta love when 91 years young Aunt Rita is absolutely hysterical with Facetime! Truly one of my favorite moments.

That’s it for today….some cool news for later — after I pick Corey up at the airport tonight, we are truly not considered a “long distance” relationship anymore. How crazy is that?

After 3 years with that title, we’re now moving forward and I’m making the leap to Rhode Island where I’ve got some awesome things planned as far as my Training Career & also fun things planned for Corey & I.

It’s been a great journey and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store.

Is it scary? Absolutely. Any big change is always an uneasy feeling but I route into my faith and I know that as long as I continue to do what feels right in my heart – I will be supported.

You all rock & I will talk to you guys soon!

Be true to you,

xo Kasey
