Now onto a new exercise!
(thanks to the boyfriend in the reflection for being my photographer)
We give you ..
V-UP TOE TOUCHES
Basically, you start in a v-up position with your feet lifted and toes pointed
while holding onto the bench. Then, you lower your toes toward the floor
while keeping your CORE NICE AND TIGHT & your back flat!
(proper form is KEY)
& then return back to your starting V-UP!
Feel free to include the smile as well!
The boy & I included this in a circuit workout to
finish off our LEGIT leg day.
I did about 15-20 reps for the 4 rounds.
Sidenote: I’m still sore from Sunday; it’s almost thursday.

I will most definitely need to try that core move right there! I’m sure it’ll be an awesome challenge! I definitely ate a rainbow today for lunch: Yellow bell pepper slices, red pepper hummus, spinach, and avocado in a wrap! So delish!
Looks like a great package. That ab exercise is legit, my stomach burns after that!

Love your site and love this challenge! I’m new to a lot of social media besides Facebook. so can I download Instagram to my Droid–is it like an app??? I’m sure a lot of people will say “Duh!!” but I am trying to branch out! Thanks for sharing your story and all of your health/fitness information. Looking forward to reading more and trying ideas from your site!
I do those bench v-ups atleast 3 times a week! I LOVE them for lower abs!!!
Man I really need to try that move!
I do v-ups without holding on to the bench so I must try the toe touches the same way!
Looking forward to your month challenge. I have lots going on so if I miss or am not on time, don’t worry- but I will try!
I will try and keep up!! I’ll have vacation, two, going on in June which will make it hard to do, but i will try!! I think i am doing like 4 of those challenges! lol
