With addition of SQUASH of any kind
#cleanCARBS
And then top it with my
CREAMY TAHINI NOOCH DRESSING

  2. donna says:

When you talk about “raw sauerkraut,” are you referring to the stuff you buy in a can/pouch at any grocery store, or is this something you normally buy at Whole Foods?

    • Kasey says:

Hi Donna! I buy it at whole foods -it’s called “Bubbies Raw Sauerkraut” – it’s all natural and is fermented so it has live active bacteria (good for you) in it! :]

      • donna says:

Thanks, Kasey! I put it on my list for my next Whole Foods run. Another question: you’ve talked about roasting vegetables a lot for your power bowls. I know you’re a big fan of different kinds of squash. Are there other types of vegetables you regularly roast for your power bowls?
