Today’s JUNE POWERMEAL A DAY topic is EAT A RAINBOW! Me versus a salad bar…I win! It's so important to eat different colors to get as many vitamins & nutrients into your body as possible! At least, that's how I look at it. MIRRORLESSMONDAY–My first 5k!

hi all! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! First off, ya'll know I'm obsessed with INSTAGRAM & @InstagramFitness featured me and I was so excited! check it out here ! Today is MIRRORLESSMONDAY And today I’m proud of that fact that I ran my first 5k yesterday morning without training or being a big “runner”.
