  hi all! Now that I’m back from vaca; I’m getting back into the swing of things! And that means back into my normal workout routines! Lately, I’ve been doing 3 days on-1 day off. Chest/Shoulders/Triceps LEGS Back/Biceps OFF repeat! My boyfriend Corey & I are on the same schedule, which has been a huge help! We don’t live that close so we send each other workouts so we can stay on the same page when we’re not able to work out together! Hi all! I hope you're enjoying your day! Update: I've been loving student teaching lately... I introduced Yoga & Zumba to the students and they are LOVING it! That also means that I am teaching 5 30 minute Zumba classes a day along with an after school class that the students requested that I teach! I definitely am beat at the end of the day but I love it! Hi all! I had such a great productive day today! Woke up, ate a pumpkin coconut flour POWERCAKE with roasted veggies and coconut oil. & coff, duh.
