Greek Cauliflower Rice 1 head of Cauliflower – “Riced” (cut into small pieces and pulse in a food processor until rice texture) 2 Grated Carrots 2 Cups of chopped Kale 1/2 cup of pitted & chopped Kalamata Olives Mix together with: 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 cup of Nutritional Yeast 1/4 cup EVOO few drops of stevia or 1 TB Raw Honey Sea Salt + Pepper This was a great combo & a way to get the veggies into your day! First; Banana Chips Added to my Cocoa Lean & Green Powercakes! not a scary ghost face, I promise. (just added in 1 TB cocoa powder to the mix) Then placed a few unsweeteend banana chips from Whole Foods onto the powercakes before flipping them! YUM!
